During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. the housekeeping did an excellent job, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. the TV in the room had many channels, including Netflix, which was a nice touch. the air conditioning worked well and the location was convenient, near eateries and attractions like Masjid Haji Mohd Salleh.
some of the walls in the room looked a bit dirty, and there was an issue with water seeping through one of the walls, making the floor wet. the lift was slow and sometimes unreliable, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice budget hotel in a busy area just off a bus stop, Kallang metro station, and Singapore. Well priced and reasonably spacious units with shower and helpful staff. Paid US$ 48.
